SDHR Introduces New Government Training System
Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Directorate of Human Resources (SDHR) is constantly working to develop and update its training and core programs to meet the needs of institutions, departments and their employees. The management develops training programs that successfully contribute to the growth of human capital and the progress of government work in the emirate of Sharjah.
Along with the start of 2022, SDHR announced a new system for a core set of programs for Sharjah government employees. Which encompasses seven main functions: finance, human resources, customer service, secretarial and administrative support, media relations, strategic planning and information technology.
The new training plan targets the 11 levels extended until the end of the year. Accordingly, each level contains unique elements compatible with the requirements of government employees.
The new system helps to accurately assess training results, and the impact of training on employees will be monitored frequently to track performance progress.
The new training program started in the financial sector, with the participation of staff from several government departments in Sharjah.
